Dr. P. Kannappan
Dr. Kannappan is the Clinical Director of Sunway Fertility Centre, with over 1,000 IVF cycles performed since 2006. He holds an MD and MMed (O&G) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine (FAMS, Singapore). He completed clinical fellowship training at KKIVF Singapore (2006–2007) and a male-infertility observership at the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA (2013). A member of ASRM since 2010, he previously served as Head of the Reproductive Unit at Kuala Lumpur Hospital (2012–2014) and is an advisor to Malaysia's National Population and Family Development Board (LPPKN). He also trained in da Vinci robotic surgery at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Hoo Mei Lin
Dr. Hoo graduated from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia in 1998 with an MBBS and later earned a MSc in Reproductive Medicine from the same university. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG, UK), elevated in 2018 in recognition of her contributions to women's health. She completed minimally invasive surgery fellowship training at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, Singapore (2009) and served over 10 years in the Malaysian Ministry of Health across multiple O&G departments. Appointed Head of O&G in 2025, she provides comprehensive care in endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, and all aspects of infertility treatment.
