Dato' Dr. Colin Lee Soon Soo, FRCOG
Dato' Dr. Colin Lee is the founder and visionary behind Alpha IVF. He graduated with MBBS from the University of New South Wales, Australia (1982), holds a MMed (Singapore), and has been a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG, UK) since 1991. With over 30 years of specialist experience, he has led Alpha IVF to achieve 20+ world-first breakthroughs — including the world's first live birth using freeze-thaw sperm, egg, and embryo combined, and the world's first successful PRP treatment for Asherman's syndrome resulting in live birth. Under his leadership, Alpha IVF was listed on Bursa Malaysia ACE Market (2024) and has grown into a group spanning 6 countries.
Dr. Tan Chong Seong
Dr. Tan Chong Seong graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2005 with his MD, completed his internship at Kuala Lumpur General Hospital, and obtained his MRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, London in 2012. With over 21 years of clinical experience, he was privileged to be trained in Reproductive Medicine directly under the tutelage of Dato' Dr. Colin Lee before joining Alpha IVF to further pursue his passion in helping couples with infertility. Dr. Tan specializes in IVF, ICSI, PGT, and recurrent miscarriage management, and is fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese, and Hokkien — making him particularly accessible to Chinese-speaking patients.
Dr. Leong Wai Yew
Dr. Leong graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 1999 and obtained his M.Med O&G from UKM in 2007. He has been a qualified specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology since 2007, with prior service at Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar. At Alpha IVF, Dr. Leong brings deep expertise in IVF, ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing, and reproductive endocrinology. He is known for his meticulous approach to complex cases and his commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for every patient.
